We have become accustomed to wearing neutral colors over the past several seasons so it is refreshing to see major pops of color coming in for spring and summer! You heard it right: color is HUGE. And we're not talking about your typical blues and greens, but rather neons! We have seen some designers use it as an accent color here and there, but others use it absolutely everywhere! From jeans, to dresses, to shoes and bags, neon is the new neutral.
