Fall 2011 Homecoming Trends.

With school right around the corner, it's time to consider the homecoming dress trends for Fall 2011. Homecoming dresses mark the beginning of a new school year and you want to dress to impress!


-SINGLE STRAP
Gone are the days of strapless gowns that make you worry about your dress falling down while dancing. These types of dresses show off an elegant, mature side. Best of all, you can dance all night and still keep your dignity.

-COLOR
Silver and red hues are the favorite colors for homecoming dresses this season! In the past gold has always been the top choice. This year the runways are predominately featuring almost all silver dresses. Silver compliments all skin tones and hair colors.

-SHORT DRESSES
This season, short homecoming dresses are even more popular than long ones. If you have unattractive knees or bruises from summer sports, a tea length dress may do the trick! Add sheer, silky stockings with a shine if you want to dress up your look even more!

This summer we have been working hard here at Pink Slip Dress Boutique to make the new in-store changes for the Fall Fashion Show Event! Pink Slip Dress Boutique is presenting the fashion forward Americana style looks of the elegant first lady, Jackie Kennedy. In order to create the presidential theme we have added Aqua blue accents to the walls as decorations along with other renovations. The store looks awesome right now and we are so excited for everyone to come shop when we re-open on August 2nd! We just put out a ton of new jewelry and dresses to get ready for this years Homecoming season! Each piece is trendy and unique and we really think you guys will love it all.
