Emily Obradovich is Pink Slip's Model of the Week! She is wearing another one of our faves! This green was an incredible color for Emily! You can't see the beautiful open back from this picture, but it had rhinestones in addition to the sequins that gave this dress the "WOW" factor! You can check out the gorgeous back in the picture of the pink dress featured below. Emily looks like she is posing for a photo shoot with all of the greenery in the background complementing her dress! Once again, we're blown away by your beauty! Model Of the Week

Abbi Katcher is Pink Slip's new Model of the Week! This girl had her heart set on this dress and started counting down the days until prom when she bought it in November! It takes a very special person to be able to pull off a bright red dress like this one, and did she rock it or what?! We love the black beading that accents the dress. Abbi also paired simple, yet glamorous red rhinestone jewelry with the dress and it added the perfect touch! We are so happy that you found your dream dress at Pink Slip and hope that all of those months were worth the wait, Abbi!

Model of the Week

If you haven't figured it out by now, we absolutely adore sequins and all things that sparkle. So it really shouldn't come as a huge surprise to anyone that we LOVE this purple and silver sequin dress that Lauren is wearing! She looks like a supermodel! She even accessorized perfectly with one of our favorite pairs of Ab crystal earrings to match the beaded Ab crystal sweetheart neckline on her dress. Purple was a big trend color for this prom season as was full sequin dresses. This dress incorporates both of those style trends into one draw-dropping gown. Everything from Lauren's hair and makeup to her beautiful flowers complemented her look. We hope that your senior prom was a night to remember, Lauren! Your date had to feel like the luckiest guy at prom!

Model of the Week

Here she is...our second prom model of the week: Kara Hoover! Our jaws literally dropped when we saw pictures of Kara. For her FOURTH and final prom, Kara went for more of a retro look wearing this incredible blue polka dot ball gown. We can't think of anyone who could have rocked this dress as well as she did! We love that she popped some purple with the blue and turquoise in her dress! Thanks for making our dress look BEAUTIFUL, Kara. We hope that your prom was was unforgettable!

This week we are naming Natalia Pink Slip's Model of the Week. Doesn't she look absolutely STUNNING in her champagne prom dress?1 She walked into our store and knew that this was HER dress! She didn't even try anything else on! The color, shape, beading...everything about her prom look is pure perfection! The natural makeup and elegant curled hair complement her dress so well. Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day, Natalia! You will look back on this picture years from now and still smile the same way you did on prom night! 2012 Pre-Prom Checklist

For most of you, prom is only 3 days away...can you believe it is already here?! We sure can't! Pink Slip wanted to provide you with your 2012 Pre-Prom Checklist to ensure that everything is in order for you big night! * Pick up your dress if you haven't already! And remember that we would be more than happy to steam your dress at any time during the week to get all of those wrinkles out! * Make sure to break in your new shoes! Walk around the house with them on for a little while every day to make sure your feet get used to them! * Confirm all appointments! This includes hair, nails, tanning, etc. * Don't forget you need to order your date a boutonniere! * Start getting plenty of rest, you don't want to look wiped out on the big night! * Remind your date that he needs to pick up his tux. We KNOW there are some guys out there that will forget about this! * Make sure that all of your pre and post prom plans are set in advance! * Try on your dress with all of your accessories that you will be wearing the day of prom. Pink Slip on WCIU "The U"

This morning Pink Slip was featured on the "You & Me" segment on WCIU, The U. We are so honored to have participated! Summer Jackson who produced this prom segment did an incredible job and looked STUNNING in a Pink Slip floral print dress! Four Pink Slip models strutted their stuff in prom dresses that incorporated popular color and style trends for the 2012 season. Lauren Amendola, Abbi Katcher, Liz Delia and Lisa Hipelius looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL on t.v.! We hope that all of you tuned in this morning, but if you missed our segment here are some pictures of us on set!
