Pink Slip's summer break is officially over. Our normal hours resumed today and will continue through May:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday-Friday: 12-8pm
Saturday-Sunday: 11-5pm

We also have a limited number of "Pretty in Pink Slip" t-shirts available. If you haven't purchased yours yet make sure to stop in soon to pick one up. We love seeing you in your shirts, so don't forget to tag us in a picture of you wearing it!

Model of the Week

Pink Slip's Model of the Week is Kylee Schafroth. She came to the store on Friday to shop for her homecoming dress, and she definitely picked a winner! This girl absolutely adores sequins and anything that sparkles, so this was the perfect pick for Kylee! We outfitted her with her dress, jewelry and even a Pretty in Pink Slip t-shirt...talk about a one stop shop! We cannot wait to see her all done up for the dance because we know she is going to look like a BOMBSHELL!! We hope that you love all of your Pink Slip purchases as much as we do, Kylee!

The Horrible Crows - Crush

Swoon: Tom Hardy

It's that time of week again...to find out who the ladies of Pink Slip are crushing on. This week it is none other than the English actor, Tom Hardy. If you don't know much about this fine fella, you better start reading up, because he is DEFINITELY worth swooning over. Hardy battled alcohol and drug addictions in his early twenties but has been clean since 2003. Because of his troubled past, we currently see him in roles where he is a criminal, misfit, or the typical "bad guy." He enjoys these roles because they serve as a reminder of the man he used to be and how far he has come in his recovery process.

Some of his most notable roles were in the films Black Hawk Down, Inception, Warrior, This Means War and most recently, The Dark Knight Rises. This week we're swooning over Tom Hardy for a variety of reasons...his ability to keep us on the edge of our seats, that accent, and obviously his flawless physique!!

Style Icon: Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton has become a notorious household name thanks to her marriage to Prince William; however, recently she is on Pink Slip's radar for her fashion sense! Kate managed to be one of the names topping Vanity Fair's international best-dressed list this Tuesday. Along with her impeccable grace and charm, she is constantly knocking it out of the park at various red carpet events. Her natural beauty paired with stunning ensembles has her topping OUR charts this week! 

This Week's Jam

With Lollapalooza coming up this weekend, we are preparing by listening to some of our favorite bands who will be headlining the show. The band we can't get enough of this week is Passion Pit, who will be playing tomorrow. However, we are lucky enough to be going to their pre-show tonight at the House of Blues!! We could NOT be more excited for this show. We have been jamming to their new album, "Gossamer," trying to memorize every word to each song. Most people are familiar with the song "Take a Walk" and even though we love it, we wanted to share a jam that might not be as popular, but is certainly just as good!! This week's jam is "I'll Be Alright" by Passion Pit. Enjoy, peeps!

Some people love their PC's while others are huge Mac fans. Here at pink Slip we are 100% TEAM MAC! From our massive iMac at the front desk to our iPads in the fitting rooms, we are forever hooked on the little Apple. And our love for Mac products doesn't end when we leave work! All of the Pink Slip employees have iPhones, Macbooks, iPods and iPads for their personal use! They say once you go Mac you never go back...and we're proving that right!
