Style Icon: Jackie O.

Life magazine recently published a special addition memorial to Jackie O. titled "Remembering Jackie 15 Years Later" We came across it while standing in line at Walgreen's.

We haven't read the magazine - although we are sure it says some special things - what we are really love is the beautiful photography, especially the pictures of her wedding.



Her dress is stunning...so stunning in fact, it is on display at the JFK Library and Museum.
We image that someday the Daniela for Pink Slip line will make its way into the JFK Museum....but that is a story for a different time.

First lady Jackie O is like the god mother of style icons–the pearls, the pillbox hats, the hair, the sunglasses–girlfriend had it going on!



She was copied, admired and revered. Her image played a huge role in her lasting legacy.

This GQ photo spread introduced us to the wonder, and the beauty (and maybe the talent? we're not sure... we've never seen him act) that is Chris Pine. We wish we had the opportunity to be in the same room with him so we could say 'Prettyboysayswhat?' and he would say 'what'? And we'd laugh and fall in love forever! Swoooooon
